Sri Lankan flavours and the spirit of communal dining will take centre stage in Surry Hills, Sydney, on 29 October as Sav Perera teams up with Kurumba for an exclusive culinary experience celebrating the richness and vibrancy of Sri Lankan cuisine.

The Kurumba × Sav Perera collaboration promises a fresh take on Lankan dining, bringing together bold spices, progressive flavours and a menu designed to encourage guests to share, connect and enjoy food together.

The evening will begin with a selection of Sri Lankan-inspired snacks, followed by a three-course shared-style feast featuring a progression of flavours inspired by the island’s diverse culinary traditions. Designed around the communal spirit of Sri Lankan dining, the experience will see dishes served to the table for guests to share and savour together.
