Vision Care, Sri Lanka’s largest vision, hearing and eyewear solutions provider, continues its longstanding partnership with Colombo Fashion Week (CFW) as the Official Eyewear Partner for the 13th consecutive year, supporting one of the country’s most influential platforms for fashion and creative expression. This year’s CFW Couture + Trousseau will take place from 17–19 September, bringing together leading designers from Sri Lanka and across South Asia for an edition that explores the relationship between fashion and art through the theme ‘Living Sculpture’.
Now in its 23rd year, Colombo Fashion Week has played a significant role in shaping Sri Lanka’s fashion design industry by providing a platform for local designers while connecting Sri Lankan creativity with international fashion markets. CFW Couture + Trousseau 2026 takes this vision further by placing art at the heart of the runway, with ‘Living Sculpture’ creating large-scale sculptures that form an integral part of the runway environment.
As eyewear continues to evolve from a functional necessity into an important element of personal style and fashion expression, Vision Care’s continued presence at Colombo Fashion Week reflects its commitment to bringing together vision, style and creativity. Through its extensive portfolio of international and luxury eyewear collections, Vision Care continues to provide designers and fashion enthusiasts with opportunities to explore eyewear as an integral part of a complete fashion look.
Harsha Maduranga, General Manager of Vision Care, stated, “Colombo Fashion Week has been an important force in shaping Sri Lanka’s fashion landscape, and we are proud to continue our partnership for the 13th consecutive year. This year’s ‘Living Sculpture’ concept is particularly exciting because it brings fashion and art together in such a powerful way. Eyewear has become an important part of how people express their individual style, and we look forward to seeing how designers incorporate eyewear into their creations and interpret this relationship between fashion, art and personal expression.”
“We are delighted to extend our long-standing partnership with Vision Care. This collaboration reflects the shared values we’ve built together over the years, and we look forward to continuing this journey in support of the vision and craftsmanship that define Colombo Fashion Week,” stated Ajai Vir Singh, Founder, Colombo Fashion Week.
Through its continued collaboration with Colombo Fashion Week, Vision Care remains committed to bringing international eyewear trends to Sri Lanka while supporting the growth and evolution of the country’s fashion industry.
