Theja De Silva Named Best CFO of the Year 2026 at CA Sri Lanka National Conference

Theja De Silva, Group Chief Financial Officer of Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, Colombo, has been named Best CFO of the Year 2026 at the 47th National Conference of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), recognising his contribution to financial leadership and business transformation.

For De Silva, the recognition marks an important milestone in a career shaped by navigating challenging business environments and a belief that financial leadership goes far beyond managing numbers.

His professional journey includes working with organisations facing financial and operational difficulties, experiences that helped shape his approach to business recovery, governance and sustainable growth.
