Sharmila invites T.N. Chief Minister Vijay to daughter’s wedding

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Y.S. Sharmila on Wednesday (October 7, 2026) met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay in Chennai and invited him to attend her daughter Y.S. Anjili Reddy’s wedding to Somala Raghuram Reddy and bless the newlyweds.

Ms. Sharmila, along with her husband Anil Kumar, gave Mr. Vijay the wedding invitation and requested him to attend the wedding along with his family and bless the couple. She said Mr. Vijay had warmly received them and conveyed his good wishes to the bride and groom.

Had the pleasure of meeting Thiru C. Joseph Vijay, Hon'ble CM of Tamil Nadu, and personally inviting him to my daughter's wedding.
