Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has arrived in Sri Lanka aboard an Indian Air Force Embraer Legacy 600, marking a significant visit aimed at strengthening defence ties between the two countries.
The visit is particularly notable as it is the first official visit to Sri Lanka by an Indian Defence Minister in 38 years.
Singh’s visit is expected to further strengthen the longstanding defence and security cooperation between India and Sri Lanka.
