Dushyantha Tittawella Launches ‘Mastering The Art Of Hospitality’

Dushyantha B. Tittawella, General Manager of Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, has launched his new book, Mastering the Art of Hospitality, drawing on nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry.

Published by M.D. Gunasena, the book was launched recently at the Imperial Court of Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.

In the book, Tittawella shares insights and lessons gathered throughout his professional journey, both in Sri Lanka and overseas.

He reflects on the experiences, challenges and people that have influenced his career, offering readers a personal perspective on the art and practice of hospitality.

The publication brings together lessons from Tittawella’s extensive industry experience and highlights the importance of people, leadership and professional growth in building a career in hospitality.
