Ariana Grande became emotional as she wrapped up her 41-date “Eternal Sunshine” tour, saying an heartfelt farewell to fans as she prepares to step back from the spotlight.

The 33-year-old singer broke down in tears on Tuesday night at London’s The O2 arena, where she completed the final show of her tour across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Struggling to hold back tears, Grande told the audience that the tour had been “the most beautiful, extraordinary experiences” of her life and thanked her fans for their continued support.

Grande had previously confirmed in August that she planned to take time away from public-facing work after completing the tour. A representative for the singer told People magazine that she would be “taking a step back from visibility” following the final shows.
