Youngest Traveller to Visit All 195 Countries Praises Sri Lanka

Cameron Mofid, widely recognised as the youngest person to have visited all 195 countries, has praised Sri Lanka for offering a wide range of experiences despite its relatively small size.

Speaking during a podcast episode shared on his social media, Mofid said he particularly enjoyed his experience in Sri Lanka, describing it as more enjoyable than his visits to Nepal and Malaysia.

“Sri Lanka has my heart,” Mofid said, highlighting the country’s lush landscapes, nature and wildlife. He also described Sri Lanka as an “awesome” destination that remains underrated.

According to Mofid, Sri Lanka offers a remarkable variety of things to see and do within a compact destination, while also being relatively affordable and known for its welcoming people.

He further said he did not encounter significant pollution or scams during his time in Sri Lanka, contrasting his experience with those in some other countries he has visited.

Mofid’s comments highlight Sri Lanka’s appeal as a destination combining nature, wildlife, affordability and diverse travel experiences, while reinforcing its potential to attract more international visitors.
