Woman charged with attempted murder of two boys with 'noxious substance'

A woman has been charged with the attempted murder of two children following an alleged domestic violence incident in Brisbane's north-west.

Police allege the 47-year-old woman exposed two boys, aged 12 and 15, to a noxious substance at a home in Mitchelton on September 24.

A 70-year-old man attending the residence noticed the noxious substance and the matter was reported to police.

She has since been charged with two counts of attempted murder as a domestic violence offence against a child.
