The Unlabelled Runway 2026 to Unite Fashion, Inclusion and Social Impact in Colombo

The Unlabelled Runway 2026, a purpose-driven fashion showcase celebrating inclusion, individuality, resilience and belonging, was officially unveiled at a press conference held at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.

The second edition of the event, presented by Caroline J Global Holdings, is scheduled to take place on September 25, 2026, and aims to go beyond traditional fashion by using the runway as a platform for representation, confidence and social impact.

The showcase will bring together professional models, public personalities, designers and individuals from diverse backgrounds, including young people from partner organisations, persons with disabilities, and cancer patients and survivors.

By bringing people from different walks of life together on one runway, the initiative seeks to challenge social labels and perceptions that can influence how individuals are viewed and valued.

The Unlabelled Runway is being held in collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages Sri Lanka, Indira Cancer Trust, Child Action Lanka and the Roshan Mahanama Trust, with the organisations coming together around a shared commitment to inclusion and supporting vulnerable communities.

Caroline Jurie, Founder and Chairperson of Caroline J Global Holdings, said the initiative was created to give people a platform where they can feel confident being themselves.

“Fashion has the ability to do more than showcase beauty. It can give people confidence, create visibility and start conversations that matter,” she said, highlighting the importance of removing labels and creating a sense of belonging.

A special Pink Runway will also be featured during the September showcase to raise awareness of breast cancer and highlight the courage and resilience of those affected by the disease. The segment will feature public figures, professional models and individuals connected to the cause.

The event will also showcase Sri Lankan and international design talent, bringing together creative perspectives from both Sri Lanka and overseas.

The Unlabelled Runway 2026 will be held on September 25 at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, featuring a VIP reception, the main runway showcase and a cocktail networking experience. Tickets are available through PickMe Events on the PickMe App.

The press conference also marked the launch of the Caroline J Global Holdings website, which will provide a dedicated digital platform highlighting the company's work across fashion, beauty, talent, events and purpose-driven initiatives.

With media, corporate leaders, designers, personalities, influencers and other distinguished guests expected to attend, The Unlabelled Runway 2026 aims to demonstrate how fashion can become a powerful platform for inclusion, representation and positive social change.
