That small beginning would eventually become one of the most iconic musical journeys in Sri Lanka’s entertainment history—the story of Gypsies.

Now, fans will have the opportunity to relive this extraordinary legacy through “The Journey of Gypsies,” a one-of-a-kind musical experience celebrating decades of unforgettable hits and cherished memories.

From their early beginnings to becoming a household name, Gypsies have played a defining role in shaping Sri Lankan music, entertaining generations with their unique sound, energetic performances, and timeless songs. The grand celebration will take place on 22 August 2026 at 8 PM onwards at Cinnamon Life, Colombo, bringing together music lovers for an evening filled with nostalgia, entertainment, and the greatest hits of a legendary band.
