The Italian Table: An Evening of Italian Gastronomy at Cinnamon Bentota Beach – Signature Selection

Cinnamon Bentota Beach – Signature Selection will present The Italian Table on 17th October 2026 at L’incontro, bringing together Italian cuisine and expertly guided pairings for an exclusive dining experience.

The evening will feature Chef Chaminda Kumara and Sommelier Wellington Muromba, beginning with a guided sommelier masterclass led by Muromba. Guests will be introduced to a specially selected collection, with insights into provenance, flavour profiles and the principles behind pairing.

This will be followed by a five course Italian dinner curated by Chef Chaminda, with each course thoughtfully paired to complement the menu and showcase the flavours and traditions of Italian cuisine.

The Italian Table is priced at LKR 32,000 nett per person. Guests may also opt for an Event + Stay package at LKR 114,240 nett for two, including premium accommodation on a half board basis, VIP room amenities, 20% savings at Kurundu Wellness, 15% savings on watersports and 10% savings on food and beverages.
