The Island in the spotlight on Thailand’s singing sensation’s fan page

The Island ‘s story last Tuesday (29 Sept.) on Thailand’s biggest new global star — Nene Royal — generated over 2,000 ‘Likes’, within 24 hours, with lots of appreciative comments. Wonder if that’s a record!

The article appeared on Nene’s fan page, Nene Royal Global Fans, and fans said they were delighted that she is being recognised in Sri Lanka as well.

“Wow, thank you so much for featuring her, Ivan! It’s amazing to see Nene getting this well-deserved spotlight in Sri Lanka. Much love from Thailand!”

“That’s the spirit of sharing this important news of the world, my friend.”

“First day on America’s Got Talent stage, she expected only two ‘Yes’ from the judges and then come back to Thailand; but four ‘Yes’, plus the Golden Buzzer, and emerging winner, I guess, would have been far beyond her dream!”

The next major global event for Nene Royal is opening for the American heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold, in Singapore, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, on 13th October, 2026.

This gig fulfills a major dream for Nene, who publicly named Avenged Sevenfold as one of her biggest inspirations and dream collaborations, right before landing the slot.

Nene is currently working on recording her debut rock EP and planning future international tours.”
