Police Launch WhatsApp Service for Clearance Certificate Inquiries

The Police Headquarters has launched a new WhatsApp service to facilitate public inquiries regarding Police Clearance Certificate applications.

The service, operated by the Police Clearance Division, came into effect yesterday (23).

Applicants can now contact the division via WhatsApp on 071-8595950 to obtain information or make inquiries regarding their clearance certificate applications. Police said the number is dedicated exclusively to WhatsApp messages.

Through the service, applicants can submit necessary information and communicate directly with the Police Clearance Division regarding their applications.

The Police Media Division said the initiative was introduced to provide information more efficiently and make the inquiry process more convenient for applicants.
