Raffealla Fernando Named Fashion & Celebrity Photographer of the Year at Diplomatic National Awards 2026

Sri Lankan photographer Raffealla Fernando has been honoured with the Fashion & Celebrity Photographer of the Year Award at the Diplomatic National Awards 2026.
