‘Panadura Nilanga’ remanded until September 3

Alleged drug trafficker Nilanga Sampath Silva, alias ‘Panadura Nilanga,’ has been remanded until September 3 by the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court.

The suspect, who had been held under a detention order, was produced before the court today by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

‘Panadura Nilanga’ had been detained as investigations into his alleged involvement in drug trafficking continued.
