Pakistan suicide blast kills 16, injures dozens

A powerful suicide blast struck a mosque in Pakistan's Kohat district during Friday prayers. The attack killed at least sixteen people and injured over fifty worshippers. Five police personnel and eleven civilians were among the confirmed casualties. Emergency response teams arrived quickly to transport victims to nearby hospitals. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the devastating suicide attack.
