New 90-day detention order issued for former SIS Chief Suresh Sallay

A new 90-day detention order has been issued to further detain and question former Director of the State Intelligence Service (SIS) Major General (Retd.) Suresh Sallay in connection with the ongoing investigations into the 2019 Easter Sunday terror attacks.

The order will allow investigators to continue questioning Sallay as part of the probe into the circumstances surrounding the April 2019 attacks.
