HNB Extends Partnership with John Keells CG Auto to Offer Vehicle Leasing for BYD and Denza

Hatton National Bank (HNB) has extended its partnership with John Keells CG Auto to introduce a comprehensive vehicle leasing programme for customers purchasing BYD and Denza vehicles in Sri Lanka.

The partnership is designed to make electric and hybrid mobility more accessible by providing customers with greater financial flexibility and a range of ownership benefits.

Under the programme, HNB will offer special leasing rates, flexible residual value options and financing facilities of up to seven years. Customers will also receive an HNB credit card with the first-year annual fee waived, along with discounted vehicle insurance premiums through HNB General Insurance.

HNB Chief Operating Officer Sanjay Wijemanne said Sri Lanka’s vehicle market is entering a new era driven by innovation, efficiency and cleaner mobility. He noted that the partnership combines HNB’s financial expertise with automotive technology to provide flexible financing solutions for customers seeking BYD and Denza vehicles.

John Keells CG Auto CEO Charith Panditharatne said the collaboration enhances the overall ownership experience by combining financing options with charging solutions, servicing support and roadside assistance.

He added that BYD and Denza represent global automotive innovation, giving Sri Lankan customers greater access to new mobility technologies.
