Hilton Colombo Brings Indonesian Flavours to Graze Kitchen

Hilton Colombo is bringing the vibrant flavours of Indonesia to Sri Lanka with The Indonesian Table, a special culinary showcase at Graze Kitchen featuring guest chefs from DoubleTree by Hilton hotels in Jakarta.

Running until October 17, 2026, the dining experience invites guests to explore Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage through an array of traditional dishes, combining bold spices, aromatic ingredients and distinctive cooking techniques.

The menu features Indonesian favourites including slow-cooked beef rendang, grilled chicken and lamb satay, nasi goreng, mie goreng and the comforting chicken soup soto ayam. Guests can also savour gado-gado, a traditional vegetable salad served with a flavourful peanut dressing.

The showcase offers diners an opportunity to experience the diversity of Indonesian cuisine, from richly spiced meat dishes to fragrant rice and noodle specialities, prepared by visiting chefs bringing their culinary expertise from Jakarta.

The Indonesian Table is available at Graze Kitchen, Hilton Colombo, daily from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm until October 17, 2026, at LKR 10,888 nett per person.
