Dilmah Unveils Urban Estate at One Galle Face, Eyes International Expansion

Sri Lankan tea brand Dilmah has unveiled Dilmah Urban Estate at One Galle Face Mall in Colombo, introducing a new concept that combines dining and retail while drawing on the company’s tea heritage.

The Colombo flagship has been designed as a platform for the brand’s next phase of growth, bringing together tea-inspired experiences, food and retail under one concept.

Dilmah said the Urban Estate concept is intended to serve as the foundation for its international expansion, with Malaysia identified as the first overseas market for the concept.

The launch marks another step in Dilmah’s efforts to present Sri Lankan tea culture through contemporary hospitality and retail experiences, while taking its brand and tea-based offerings to international markets.
