73Avenue Realtors Expands Its Footprint with New Colombo Headquarters

What began as a real estate venture during the 2020 lockdown has evolved into a growing property brand, with 73Avenue Realtors now expanding its presence in Sri Lanka with the opening of its third headquarters.

Founded by Arshad Mohideen and Akram Mohideen, 73Avenue Realtors entered the Colombo property market at a time when the COVID-19 pandemic had brought much of the real estate sector to a standstill. With physical property viewings severely restricted, the company adopted a more technology-driven approach, introducing virtual property tours and alternative ways for buyers and investors to explore properties remotely.

That early focus on innovation helped 73Avenue Realtors establish itself in a changing real estate environment while responding to the needs of clients who were increasingly looking for convenient and digitally enabled property services.

Over the years, the company has continued to grow, with Javeen Soysa and Dellon Juriansz joining its leadership team. Today, 73Avenue Realtors has built a team of more than 15 consultants, supported by international networks extending to Dubai, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.

The company’s latest milestone is the opening of its new headquarters at 103 Barnes Place, Colombo 07, strengthening its presence in one of Colombo’s most prominent commercial and residential areas.

The new headquarters also represents a broader vision for the company. Rather than focusing solely on traditional property sales, 73Avenue Realtors is working toward developing a more comprehensive real estate ecosystem covering property sales and rentals, investment advisory, interior design, portfolio services and property management.

This expanded approach is designed to provide clients with a wider range of services throughout the property ownership and investment journey, from identifying opportunities and acquiring properties to managing and enhancing real estate portfolios.

From its beginnings as a lockdown-era business idea to the establishment of a growing team and international network, 73Avenue Realtors has continued to evolve alongside Sri Lanka’s real estate sector.
