2026 Inter-Medical Institutes Badminton Tournament Held in Colombo

The 2026 Inter-Medical Institutes Badminton Tournament, organised by the Sri Lanka College of Internal Medicine (SLCIM), was held at the MBA Badminton Stadium.

The programme was introduced under the leadership of Dr. N. Madhuwanthi Hettiarachchi, President of the Sri Lanka College of Internal Medicine. Its main objective was to promote disease prevention and a healthy lifestyle.

Teams representing leading professional medical institutes participated in the tournament.

In addition to showcasing sporting talent, the tournament also aimed to strengthen friendship and professional camaraderie within the medical community.
