Fifteen-year-old Indian chess prodigy Vandan Alankar Sawai has pulled off a stunning upset after defeating world No. 1 Magnus Carlsen in an online blitz game on Chess.com’s Titled Tuesday.

Playing with the White pieces on August 18, Vandan kept his composure against the five-time world champion and secured victory in 50 moves.
